How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?+
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. For urgent bookings or events within the next few weeks, we recommend calling us directly on +44 (0) 7956 865 071 for the fastest response.
Do you cover events outside of Birmingham?+
Yes — we work with clients across the whole of the UK and can arrange artists for destination events internationally. Travel costs may apply depending on location. Get in touch and we'll provide full details.
How far in advance should I book?+
For weddings and large events, we recommend enquiring at least 3–6 months in advance as our most popular acts book quickly. That said, we always try to accommodate shorter timescales — contact us and we'll see what's available.
Is there a fee to submit an enquiry?+
No — submitting an enquiry is completely free and there is no obligation. You'll receive tailored quotes to review at your own pace. You only pay when you choose to confirm a booking.
I'm an artist — how do I get listed on Avaaza?+
We're always looking for talented South Asian artists and entertainers. Use the contact form above, select "Become a Listed Artist" and tell us about yourself. Our team will review your application and be in touch.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfer. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due closer to your event date. Full details are provided at the time of booking confirmation.
